Delete Your Account & Data

The Narrow by Woodside Education Pty Ltd gives you full control over your data. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open The Narrow app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Data Type Action Timeframe
Account information (email, username, profile photo) Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Behavioural & progress data (streaks, habits, urges, relapses) Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Reflections & journal entries Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Accountability partner connections Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Community posts & messages Anonymised Within 30 days
Payment & transaction records Retained for legal compliance Up to 7 years (tax/legal)

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription before requesting deletion:

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
