1. Agreement

By using The Narrow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.

3. Accounts

• You may create one account only
• You must not share your account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pricing

• $129 AUD per year (subscription)
• $199 AUD (lifetime access)

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Renewal occurs at the end of the billing period

Free Trial

• A 3-day free trial may be offered
• If not cancelled, it converts into a paid subscription

5. Billing & Cancellation

Payments are processed via Apple or web providers. You can cancel anytime via:

• Apple ID settings
• Web account settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

6. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. Apple purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies.

7. Community Guidelines

If you use community features (chat, posts, groups), you agree you must not:

• Harass or abuse others
• Post explicit or inappropriate content
• Engage in illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts.

8. Accountability Features

The app may allow sharing of progress or behaviour with accountability partners. You control whether this is enabled.

9. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a licence to display it within the app

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms.

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer

The Narrow is a self-improvement tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Use of the app is at your own risk

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
